NetCentric offers a variety of systems to meet the needs of most all properties currently in operation. Utilizing a new breed of gateway technology, they are the easiest system to use available today.

Common Features:

Four Wire Solution:

The Four Wire solution is the most cost effective high speed Internet access system available today. This is the only product available on the market that does not require an in-room termination unit. Only an Ethernet adapter and in-room port, similar to a phone jack, are required to successfully connect a guest to the system. This makes the Four Wire solution our most cost effective product.

Types of Four Wire Solutions:

Amenity Product:

Our most cost effect solution provides Ethernet Internet access to the guest with no PMS integration.

PMS Solution:

Allows for the identification of individual rooms and integration with the PMS accounting system.

Secure PMS Solution:

Allows for the identification of individual rooms while providing complete end-user isolation.

Benefits:

• Lowest Cost
• Best Performance

Limitations:

• Two pair (four wire) must be available from phone closet to room
• Rooms cannot exceed a distance of 328 ft from phone closet

Property Example:

Properties utilizing the Four Wire solution have typically been built within the last five to ten years and have only phone line available for in room use. They cover a centralized area to remain within the strict line length limitations particular to this offering.

Two Wire Solution:

The Two Wire solution is the most common high speed Internet access product available today. Although many high speed Internet access vendors offer a two wire solution, they vary in features.

Secure Amenity Product:

Provides Ethernet Internet access with end-user isolation to the guest with no PMS integration.

Secure PMS Solution:

Provides a secure Ethernet connection with integration to the PMS system.

Benefits:

• Very Versatile
• Can support additional phone line in addition to high speed Internet access
• Supports connections of 1250 ft and greater

Disadvantages:

• Cost significantly higher than Four Wire system
• Performance slower than Four Wire system

Most all properties are capable of utilizing the Two Wire solution.

Coax Cable Solution:

The Coax Cable solution, although not as common as the Two Wire solution, will begin to see wide spread adoption. Utilizing common and readily available coaxial television lines, the Coax Cable solution will meet the needs of most properties.
